NTLA University Online Course Member Agreement

By enrolling in and accessing the NTLA University Online Course, you (the “Participant”) agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Member Agreement. This Agreement ensures the integrity and exclusivity of the course content provided by the National Tax Lien Association (NTLA).

1. Prohibited Actions

a. Sharing Login Credentials

Participants are strictly prohibited from sharing their login credentials with any third party. Access to the course is limited solely to the individual who registered and paid for the course.

b. Copying and Redistributing Course Content

Participants are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials—whether in part or in whole—without prior written consent from the National Tax Lien Association. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Text, images, and graphics within the course
• Recorded videos, slides, and downloadable resources
• Any proprietary methods, strategies, or intellectual property discussed in the course

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials are the exclusive property of National Tax Lien Association and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants the Participant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal use only.

3. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violations of this Agreement will result in immediate termination of course access without a refund. Furthermore, National Tax Lien Association reserves the right to pursue legal action, including seeking damages and other remedies, for any unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution of course materials.

4. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By enrolling in the NTLA University Online Course, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Member Agreement. The Participant accepts full responsibility for adhering to these terms.
